Returns
• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be:
• In original condition (unused and unopened)
• In the original packaging, including all tags, accessories, manuals, and invoice
• Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
• Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, razors)
• Perishable goods (e.g., food items)
• Items marked as non-returnable at the time of sale
• Items that are damaged due to misuse or negligence

Once your return is approved, we will arrange pickup from your location or provide details for drop-off.
Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
• If approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method:
• Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunded to your card (may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank)
• Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer or Okka wallet credit
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to:
• A damaged or defective product
• Incorrect item sent
Exchanges
• We offer exchange for eligible products if you received the wrong size, color, or a defective item.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
